Bella and the Lost Little Bat
Bella loved playing in her bright green garden. One sunny afternoon, while wandering under the big oak tree, she heard a soft squeak. Curiosity sparked, Bella bent down to see a little bat hanging from a branch.
“Hello! I’m Benny!” the bat squeaked shyly. “I’ve lost my way home.”
Bella smiled. “Don’t worry, Benny! I’ll help you find your home.”
Benny’s eyes sparkled with hope. “Really? Thank you! But I’m so small, and the dark makes me scared.”
Bella thought for a moment. “Then let’s be brave together! I can shine my flashlight so you can see.”
With the flashlight in hand, the two friends set off into the whispering woods. As they walked, they heard a rustle in the bushes. It was a shy rabbit!
“Hello! What are you doing?” the rabbit asked.
“Benny needs to find his home!” Bella chirped. “Do you want to join us?”
The little rabbit’s ears perked up. “Yes! I’ll help you!”
As they continued, they came across a river. The current was strong, and Benny flapped his tiny wings nervously.
“What do we do now?” Benny squeaked, trembling.
Bella thought of the rabbit and said, “Let’s think together!”
“I can hop across the rocks!” said the rabbit, pointing.
“And I can fly and guide you,” said Benny, gaining confidence.
“And I can hold the light for everyone!” Bella added.
With clever teamwork, they all crossed safely, and soon they spotted a tall, crooked tree reaching towards the sky.
“Yes! I live in the dark hole near the top!” Benny exclaimed, flapping his wings excitedly.
With Bella holding the light high, Benny flew up to his home. He turned around and said, “Thank you, Bella! You helped me believe in myself!”
Bella waved goodbye, feeling warm inside. She had made a new friend and learned that together, they could be brave.
From that day on, Bella and Benny played each day, sharing laughter and adventures, believing in friendship and courage.
And so, their bond grew stronger, lighting up their hearts, just like the warm glow of Bella’s flashlight.
